Maintaining under goal for 5 weeks

I am amazed that I am still losing. Wonder where this will level out? I'm 5'3" and really not sure what I should weigh. I want a goal that is realistic and sustainable, and I thought 150 was that, but I'm 8 pounds under that goal. My recommended BMI is 141 pounds, but I think BMI is an inaccurate measure because it does not take into account body composition. My weight range in my 20s-30s was 120-130, and that was with running 4-5 times a week and an extremely low-fat diet which was the trend at the time. I have good muscle tone and feel like my core strength and cardio health has improved, but I'm not doing any extreme workouts, just walking, hiking about once a week, and Yoga. I guess I'll keep doing what I'm doing and see what happens.

I am aiming for 125, but may get a body fat scale and work on 20 to 25% body fat not a set weight.

I'm 5'3" too. When I got down to 132 lbs, I realised I didn't want to lose any more. Now trying to get back to it after a holiday.

your body will tell you when it gets to its happy level for maintenance. I'm the same height as you are; I know my previous happy level was between 135-140. You should probably find it somewhere between 130-140.

Va tutto bene (it's all good) so kudos to your perseverance. A slow loss is probably better than a fast and furious one so keep it up.
