1796 kcal Fat: 87.08g | Prot: 84.66g | Carb: 165.33g.   Breakfast: Bagel Thins - Plain, light butter with canola oil, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Light Fat Free Yogurt. Lunch: Chile Verde Simmer Sauce, Pork Tamales, Rice (Small), Tap Water. Dinner: Beef Rib Eye (Small End, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Choice Grade), Soft White Roll, Imitation Crabmeat, Mixed Vegetables - Freshly Frozen, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Frozen Italian Ice. more...
