I am finally able to face dieting again. I'm starting a new job in a few days and it was either start before and have it be my routine or wait until I felt comfortable at the new job.

I am not planning on weighing myself every day. As long as I stick to the diet, I know I will be losing weight. I'm not trying to have a goal of losing over 100 pounds. I just want to lose at least 30 pounds or so, to help my asthma be not as annoying (yes taking meds); more would be nice, but I'm trying to be focused on my immediate reasons and health needs.
282.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 147.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
