I FINALLY GOT SOME EXERCISE IN LAST NIGHT... not a lot though, BUT I STILL DID IT! WOO! I didn't have time to use the home gym so I did some floor exercise in my room before bed. Only one rep of 10 pushups (girly ones), situps, and "lunges". I don't know if I should qualify what I do as a lunge. It's more of a wobbly squat with one foot forward where I use the wall to balance myself. :D BUT, my tooshy is a little sore this morning since I don't usually do lunges. On the downside though, the situps aggravated my back injury a bit.

That being said... I was STARVING yesterday for some reason and I ate pretty much everything in sight. I had a chicken breast with a little asparagus and carrots. An hour later I felt like I hadn't even eaten, so I made a little PB&J sandiwch. An hour after that, starving again! I'm happy to report I didn't reach for the chips or anything that time. I got some fresh carrots and broccoli and snacked on those a bit. But then I was friggin starving again!!! What was the deal with that?!?! At that point though I just chugged a glass of water. It didn't really help but it took the edge off until bedtime. I even woke up in the middle of the night starving last night, but luckily I was too darn tired to get out of bed so I rolled over and went to sleep. I'm hungry this morning but not starving. So hopefully today will be a better dieting day!

All that being said, I've made the executive decision to start setting mini goals for myself in addition to my overall goal. Right now my mini goal is to get back into my 16 jeans and cute clothes I have in garbage bags in my closet. I was getting ready for work this morning and got so frustrated about how even my fat clothes are getting snug. I've had enough of this. Even though I was unhappy with myself at a size 16, I at least had some level of confidence because I had discoverred a line of Lee Jeans that fit like they were made just for me, so I actually looked kinda cute. Now I feel like I just look like a blob all the time... I'm so over that and ready for it to be done. Soooo...

Mini-Goal #1: Loose 4 dress sizes and get back into my cute butt size 16 jeans!
