I am on vacation in Canada visiting my brother and I am really trying to stay on course.
I have been eating lots of turnip, broccoli, mushrooms, eggs, meat, fruits and nuts.
I had gluten free bread today for the first time and I'm hoping to lose 10 lbs more by the 13 Jun when I'll be heading back home.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
