It's been quite some time since I've checked in. I gained some weight ....5lbs 😢 I ended my vacation telling myself that I'll get back on programme when I get home.
So my new routine starts tomorrow with an early morning walk and a weigh in....praying that I haven't added to that 5lbs.

When I stray I make up for it with additional exercise and intermittent fasting...so I still manage to lose at least 2lbs. a week. This is slow and not at all easy but certainly worth it when I think of the long term benefits.

I visited with family this evening and even though I refused a lot, I still crashed and burned....but tomorrow is another day....recovery!!!!!
I think fasting will be in order. Water for breakfast and a sensible lunch.
The journey continues.

I am on vacation in Canada visiting my brother and I am really trying to stay on course.
I have been eating lots of turnip, broccoli, mushrooms, eggs, meat, fruits and nuts.
I had gluten free bread today for the first time and I'm hoping to lose 10 lbs more by the 13 Jun when I'll be heading back home.

I decided to try the morning fasting diet for this week. I drank tap water during the morning and I had a box of vanilla supligen at 2:00 pm; followed by a snack of 10g of cashew nuts at 2:30 pm.
