My friend Keith made this for me about a half a year ago while I was still living in Baltimore, MD. I am now in southern California staying with family and getting my health in order. There is not too much for me to do here and I have no one to preoccupy my time with, but I did join the local community center so that I can try to work out more and attempt to get fit. So here I am, ready to see if this website can actually help me out with the process.
