StomachMonkeys's Journal, 31 January 2024

Well, I am still up in mass from where I was at the end of September…BUT, the jeans I bought whileI was in Ontario seem to be fitting better and have a little more wiggle room in the waist. I’ll take that as a sign of progress. Remember, the scale is only one metric to measure how we are doing. But it is not the only metric, and far from the best one. I’m a little over 10 lbs heavier than September, but my pants fit better. Please don’t rely solely on the scale! Happy Wednesday, friends!

100% agree that the scales are just one unit of measuring our weight loss!! Since muscle weighs more than fat, some people like yourself, will notice a change in how their clothes fit but find that the scale tells a different story!! Great job on building and maintaing the muscle mass!!
