Huge drop today. One of the benefits of being ill, unintentional fasting! 😂 I’ve not eaten for 36 hrs. Feeling better now and looking forward to breakfast.
300.7 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 120.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
