it's ok to take a break when we need one - I have found July to be very busy trying to fit in everything - so I am taking a break to do some other self care things - like camping, boating, gardening. Not the same as working out and following a good diet but beneficial none the less. We can start again - September is always a good month to get back in. Didn't you just break your toe also? I know how to get back on track after a break and I think you do too. It's too hard for me to keep it up 100% of the time and I am ok with that. Don't sweat it!
