I checked my weight this morning, same as last Sunday, a little frustrating since I have upped the exercise quite a bit but I will also take it in stride since Christmas was on Monday and we have had a couple of goodies. We are having Christmas with my mother in law today. Vacation is nice but I don't know what day it is, lol.

Diet Calendar Entry for 27 December 2017:
2029 kcal Fat: 73.85g | Prot: 69.43g | Carb: 282.03g.   Breakfast: Franz Lake Washington Honey Oat and Nut Bread, Maple Leaf Canadian Bacon, Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Zurvita Zeal For Life, Honey, Butter, Egg, Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese. Lunch: Chocolate Fudge, Dr. Pepper Dr. Pepper (12 oz), Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), Granola cereal x, Skim or Nonfat Milk (0.5% or Less Butterfat). Dinner: Tillamook Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Homemade Potato Soup. Snacks/Other: Apple Pie (Two Crust). more...

Do you take your measurements. I found when I stalled in weight loss I was STILL loosing inches.
