Still inputting everything I eat into this app, even though it’s the week of Thanksgiving and I am definitely indulging!! My charts don’t look nearly as nice as they did last week. I vow to get back on track next week for sure, because I’ve been eating way too many carbs and sugar this week, but I am forgiving myself because it’s a holiday :D Next week will be lean green meals, lots of exercise, and protein smoothies!
