Still inputting everything I eat into this app, even though it’s the week of Thanksgiving and I am definitely indulging!! My charts don’t look nearly as nice as they did last week. I vow to get back on track next week for sure, because I’ve been eating way too many carbs and sugar this week, but I am forgiving myself because it’s a holiday :D Next week will be lean green meals, lots of exercise, and protein smoothies!

Still inputting all my food!!! I’ve just been SO busy, I️ haven’t taken any pictures to post. I️ will weigh myself tomorrow, if I️ remember to before I️ leave for work early in the morning :) I️ think I’ve been doing okay the past three days?? We’ll see.
