I don't really have a recipe. I make this so much it's second nature already. I season the Chicken many different ways, tonight I used a curry marinade and wrapped the tenders in bacon. Threw on a rack and baked in the oven on 425 for 45 mins and then broiled it to get the bacon crunchy. I also roasted some Broccoli and Brussel Sprouts wit olive oil. After I made a garlic butter and covered them when they were done roasting.

Thanks for that Emily, I always struggle to get the underside of bacon wrapped things crispy... and floppy bacon does not do it for me. I will try using a rack... do not know why that never occurred to me.
