I can do this! I'm coming out of the Keto flu and I'm already down 4 pounds. I couldn't be happier. I plan to work on some quick meal sized options for my weekday breakfasts. Lunch is easy because it's usually some form of a salad I put together as hoc. If I go out to lunch I can always order a burger without the bun or a Cesar or Cobb salad. Here we go!

Keep you electrolytes up, helps the keto flu!! The keto flu is usually because your organs dump your electrolytes and it needs to balance out, can take a few days or weeks. Mine lasted two days, I drank a diluted salt water mixture called Sole. I swear by the stuff! Good job, the beginning is the hardest but just keep focused or busy to keep your mind off it, and drink lots of water!
