made it back from zumba had a blast loving it .can some tell me something do u refuel with carbs or protein I need to know ,I burned 3000 steps

How about with a fat bomb? I usually have a protein shake after a strenuous workout, but I'm also a vegan. I also add mct oil, 1/4 of avocado & a TBS chia/flax/coconut flakes mixture. But this is also a meal for me and not in addition to a meal.

thanks the smoothi e is my meal also unless I don't eat anything before I go to do zumba ,and I have to eat very small meals about a half of cup at a time sence I don't have very much instines left .I do use alhola protein powder in my smoothie .any more advise is helpful .
