I wasn't really sure this was the right number considering the past 2 days were over 200. Weighed 4 times and took a picture to realize 197.8 is the new low. I am so happy considering my hurt ankle.

Jerry, could it have been because they are envious of your loss? I have a BIL who everytime my sis loses weight, he asks if she is feeling peaked? I think the doesn't want her to lose weight, afraid she will leave? JMHO So, if you are inspired to lose, then maybe you should keep on working on it? That way you will be more happy with YOU? Just a thought as I know how it feels when folks make such a stupid remark. as stated before JMHO

Wonderful! It's always a scary reminder when I buy a 50 lb bag of something and realize I was carrying more additional weight than that. AND I can't even lift the bag!!!

Great job. Don't throw that scale away. Keep doing whatever you're doing because sprained ankle and all it's working. How's the ankle?

It's a lot better. Still hurts but manageable. Getting some more walking in so it seems to be doing good. :)
