Last 3 weeks.
Intentionally went off Keto.
Hurt my back. spasm.
Ate healthy carbs & fruits of Spring.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
