Had a snow storm in our area. Ran out of Leafy Green Salad & Probiotic Kimchi.
Note to Self: Really affected my fiber intake & outtake ( if you know what i mean).
Natural Raw Greens & Raw Fermented Kimchi is KEY.
I really mean KEY. Can i write KEY. again?

Remember Self: it is the LITTLE things that MATTER, that Everyone tends to SKIP.

136.2 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
