Due to freezing weather, i am eating more healthy fats. it seems to satisfy my body's need. Also added vitamins calcium, magnesium, D3 10,000 iu, once i run out i will change
dosage to 4000 iu. i would
rather have more 10,000 iu of
D3, but i want to use what i have
first before buying the higher iu.
136.2 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
