Down 13 pounds in 16 days. Thanks to my trainer Kristen Davis. I have followed your meal plan almost perfectly. I have been under in calories the last few days. Thanks for following my progress and calling me out on it. I will fix it this week. We have one more week together, excited to see how it ends. Already thinking I need to sign up for another of your programs.
