Been dealing with a migraine that is most likely due to allergies. I decided to power through it anyway and did my walk. Gearing up for a new week and back to 2 jobs.

I usually get them fall and spring with weather changes and allergies. But I can also get them with extreme stress. So I try not to let that happen. With everything that I did yesterday I am okay today,
