My body is sore because I've been going to the gym in addition to my yoga and jump rope skipping. I feel slimmed down. I have lost inches, so I know I'm heading in the right direction, and do not expect weight to come down as quickly as fat because gym time has basically doubled. Water intake still needs to be worked on.. but good news is I'm eating healthy, and even better news is I'm not snacking at night or eating after 6. TBH, I'm not hungry much of the time and I think it is because I'm really feeling the difference between hunger and boredom. I do find once I start eating, it is hard to stop, so I need to pack up the food so I cannot easily access more.

Starting your day with a good percentage of your daily protein target helps fight off cravings throughout the day. Might be something you can try if you don’t already. Regardless, keep up the good work. 😎
