Anyone else notice after changing their diet that you are less hungry than before.....I set my goal at no more than 2000 calories per day and have noticed that some days I just break 1500 calories consumed. I feel better now that I monitor what I'm eating. Just concerned that some days I'm way under my goal. [Granted that sometimes I'm over as well.] I just hope I havent some how made my metabolism worse....any ideas?
