Hi everyone ... new dieter here.... well im going to call it eating healthy for my well being. I would like to lose 40 lbs... so i know this is a challenge and i can do it. Ive been eating a high protein, vegetables and fruit diet. No junk, no bread, no special toppings on my meals... aka the nasty butter and ceaser salad dressing... that i love . And those chips... not in my body anymore. So if anyone would like to help me on this weight loss journey feel free to drop me a hello or some kind encouraging words.. Happy thanksgiving to everyone, I am having a cheat day, but only one day it is ok. Gotta give myself one of those once and awhile. It only normal. WEll have a great weekend everyone. Cheers...
