Oh Wifey, you're too funny. 💕 We were supposed to have this Thanksgiving week. I thought is would make an easy snacking meal for everyone, especially me since I wouldn't have to cook. We had way too much food and never got to making the board. Made it today after working on the shed. I used to make meals like this when the kids were young, but we didn't call it charcuterie, when called it a living room picinic. First rule - there are no rules. Just throw some cold cuts, cheese, nuts, fruit, crackers or bread, a spread or two, marinated whatever and if you want some sweets. We still have the apple cidar caramel candy our daughter made, so I threw those in too. If you want some guidance, check out charcuterie board on Pinterest or Google for images. Some get really fancy and have different themes, but you could keep things simple and then make them more elaborate if you like. Have fun. It's not hard. ❤

I love to make these for myself - I take my small board to the table with a knife - I just love to eat Charcuterie - very nice.

Tr3, it does look larger than it actually was. I didn't eat much, but my husband really enjoyed it. 😊

Really I would've been fighting him for it looks so delicious 😋 my fiance and I always end up fighting over the last piece of whatever is left on the board 😂😂😂

Jergens, thank you. 💕 I would have liked more fruit, but I enjoyed it just the same. The best was when I wrapped a slice of coppa around a marinated artichoke heart. 😋

Oh Tr3, that's funny. 😄 Thank you. 💕 It was hard to stop eating, but I read all the calorie counts, so I had a good idea of how many calories and amount of fat I was eating. 😊👍The only thing my husband doesn't care for are the sweet dill pickles. Fine with me, because I love them! 😋😄

It looks really good - love the variety, Becky ❤️. My grandma used to make one and called it " Snicky-Snackies". I love your " Living Room Picnic" name too!

Thank you Petra. 💕 We were thinking about going into town for dinner, but ugh! I didn't want to get presentable, so cold cuts and other stuff is what made sense. 😊

Gib, I will be up to greet you! 💕 Thank you. I love that your grandmother had a special name for it. ❤

Yes Petra, it did. I told Joe, "you don't have to eat everything just because it's there" and he said, "yes, I do have to eat it because it's there". 😄I guess he enjoyed it. 👍

bgr12, thank you! It was supposed to be for our guests around Thanksgiving, but we were all enjoying the leftovers too much to want a charcuterie board meal. 🥴😁

Looks fabulous CC! I used to make them around the holidays, but never gave them a name. They're a big thing in restaurants these days, I've seen some amazing pictures. 🎄

Thank you Shir! Yes, some are pretty fancy. I usually just have smoked oysters and/or sardines, crackers or bread, cheese and fruit. Charcuterie is a new name for me. It is fun to arrange. 😁
