Thank you Kat. I'm going simple this Christmas. Not even putting up a tree, but enjoying the season just the same. ❤😊👍

Awe, thank you Erquiaga and Gib. 💕 Your compliments fill my heart. All the activities, of Thanksgiving week and after, have caught up with me and I am trying to keep it simple in order to get everything done that needs to before our trip to California. 😊

So pretty! My DR is Jesus. I just don't have the space for all my nativity pieces so I stick to the 3 wise men, obviously Jesus, Mary and Joseph- an angel, a couple trees and this year a few people playing instruments. Funny how every nativity includes so many and they never met Jesus until he was possibly two years old. Regardless- I love my nativity. I saw this long credenza for sale that would have been perfect for my space and at a wonderful price but it got sold prior to me seeing it. Anyhow- would have been perfect - as it was 6 ft long- to have my whole village out. Your stuff is so pretty! Sorry- I got off on a tangent. And I probably wrote something similar last year. Pretty sure I just repeat stuff. 🤷🏻♀️🙃

DP, your nativity/nacimiento sounds beautiful. This one belonged to my mother in her later years. The one we grew up with was an old Fontanini set, but very few pieces are left. I bought a newer Fontanini set, that my kids geew up with, but I gave it one of our daughters when we moved to NM. I've decided to decorate around the colors of this nativity set from now on, but if I can afford it, I would love to get a Fontanini set like my mother originally had. I'm pretty sure it originally belonged to my grandmother. My sister has the surviving pieces. I love Christmas. ❤

Fontanini is what I have. I know there are different ones to choose but same maker. And so many things you can purchase to make a whole town. It's insane! Feel like a kid setting it up and maneuvering the pieces. ☺️
