Broke plateau in a big way. On vacation and using the time to weed my yard and shovel gravel. Haven't had good grass because of a layer of gravel just under surface. I might as well be lifting weights. So, that in combination with being especially careful about my calories has contributed to my biggest weight loss in a month since following Atkins. I have found the key that works for me. I just have to get back on track with upping my calories to my RDI. It feels so good not to be hungry all of the time. Physical activity that involves fresh air, sweat and heavy lifting did the trick.
