Thank you Mer and Gib. 💕 It started with using up veggies that I didn't want to go bad, spinach and asparagus. Added a can of San Marzano tomatoes, seasoning and some balsamic. Joe got chickpea corkscrew pasta. Salad was cucumber, roma tomatoes, garbanzo beans, kalamata olives, marinated artichokes and crispy onions. Trying to use up veggies. I hate to throw out good nutritious food because I forget to use it.

Petra, I was going to use whole wheat angel hair pasta, because I thought we were out of corkscrew pasta, but then I found we had 2 different kinds of corkscrew pasta. 🤦♀️ Some days. 😁

Jen, I want to apologize and thank you. This is the second time I have taken a compliment from you and focused on the negative. I'm sorry. You are so right that I am maintaining and while it's not my goal, it is some type of advancement. Not being where I was originally is a positive. From now on I will acknowledge realistically where I am, find the positive in it and use any uneasiness with the situation to push forward towards my goal. Thank you my friend. ❤
