Good morning everyone! Sorry I missed you yesterday. I had to take my sister to Akron for some doctor appointments, and I overslept lol. So no time to journal yesterday morning.
Thank you all for your wonderful comments on my previous journal. Life is crazy. I don't know who the naked girl's parents were, I guess I'm just lucky that had nothing to do with my dys'funk'tional family :) lol Regarding the health insurance, K, we had a good insurance policy but when the affordable care act jumped into effect my policy didn't meet the requirements so I was offered a much more expensive policy that I cannot afford. A cheaper policy would have had me paying monthly for insurance that wouldn't cover anything until I hit my insane deductible. So my fine for this year will be 250 for not having insurance, much cheaper than the cost of buying insurance. Somebody didn't think that obamacare thing through. This girl, and many others, fell through the cracks. My side is all better now, thanks for your concern guys :)
All things food?? Wonderful. I have been on track with my calories and if I can manage to get to the gym a couple days this week I might even see a loss on Friday. My goal was 179 by the fourth of July, that might still be possible. We will see! (Of course it probably won't now because I mentioned it)
I am starting a new challenge, its the "No excuses fitness challenge - 75 in 31" It's pretty much a challenge to run/walk/swim/bike 75 miles in the month of July. Insane, right? lol I'm excited to give it a go. Before everyone with a small seed of self doubt starts objecting or listing reasons why they would be no good for that challenge, please know that this is a customizable challenge. You don't have to strive for 75. I want you to strive for something though. I think a few of my buddies are in the same place as myself when it comes to motivation and fitness, so I'm hoping this might appeal to them as well.
Unfortunately I have funeral service to attend this morning, so I must go get ready now.
I hope everyone is having a great week, and I'll catch up with you all later!!
