Although I am focusing mostly on healthy proteins and healthy fats;
when I desire some carbohydrates,
I will make allowances.
Hopefully a couple bites of watermelon, 2-4 dates, small peach,
etc... seasonal fruits.
I want to be healthy all-year round and
enjoy eat fruits when it is in peak season.
At this stage I am healthy,
