Lost a couple inches in my waist as said before, but that's it. Don't know if it's cause it's only been a week or if I'm eating too much or not enough. I'm hoping my metabalism is just taking a bit to get started. I'll keep at it and hope I see results on the scale next week.

Try eating around 1200calories, and make sure you get at least 75g of protein in. The protein will feed your muscles, which will result in leaner muscle mass, which burns fat more rapidly. Also make sure you get your 2L of water in per day. The scale may not tell you you are losing the weight, but your clothes certainly will.
