Hahah! That doeant look like it would be too filling! 😁 I hope you got the real thing! ❤️ 

I ordered regular hot dog with mustard and relish and a garden salad. Saving the salad for later, but hot dog all gone. 😋 Not even going to go into the dessert menu. All I will say is I cannot tell what a chocolate cake shake tastes like, because I was too busy drinking my San Pellegrino. 😄 

Joe was talking to one of the staff and Dominic came over to our table and when he was finished talking to us, he left us with the most beautiful blessing. We meet the best people! ❤

No ketchup on my hot dogs Mer, ever. No fries either. I wasn't that hungry and just now ate about ⅓ of my salad. Joe had a bowl of roast beef and Italian sausage (no bun) with grilled sweet peppers and a beer. Oh that chocolate cake shake does sound delicious and some day I will try it. 😋 

Thank you ridemariel. It was the first time trying Portillo's and we enjoyed it. Interesting decor and good music. 😊 

I have one of these just 1-2 miles from me but have never eaten there. I’ve heard they are pretty good. 

Kenna, they have some good sounding salads and the house dressing was pretty tasty. They provide calorie count on their menu, which is nice. 👍 

Smiles...this post makes my mouth water...nice that the restaurant provides info on their food. 

Hotdog was almost going to be on my plate for dinner, but I saw that the fat/protein ratio was not worth it. 

Maybe you could share the milkshake next time 😉 

Good idea Lambie, but Joe doesn't really like sweets, so I would have to manage it all on my own. 😊
