Aww, thank you Jen, Kat and Wifey! You brought tears to my eyes. Happy tears. Okay, Jen, here's the very unromantic story. Back in 1981 Joe worked for UPS and they gave their employees their birthday off with pay. Since Joe would pretty much be getting paid to marry me, we choose that day. Joe worked the night swift, so that morning I called him and said, "wake up, it's time to marry me". We got married downtown Los Angeles, at the county courthouse. The clerk was rude, my sister was our witness and the officiant was dull and boring. That's it. LOL. We usually celebrate our anniversary in August, because that's the month we met. <3

JB, our honeymoon was up in Yosemite a few months later. We had a really good time, expect for the time I almost tipped us over into the lake and when I let the fire for dinner go out. Joe did nit either incident amusing. I on the other hand thought is was pretty funny. 😄
