Wifey, it was! I didn't have any kabobs on Monday, so decided to have some today. I could only eat one, because I had that big salad. Well, I also had some xake that our neighbor made, so that too may have added to my being full. 🥴

Thank you donniemae, D, LC and ridemariel. I have found that I do so much better when I have actual meals as opposed to snacks that become meals. Well, snacks low in nutrients/processed foods.
