Mitch Gordon's Journal, 28 May 2021

Well I use to fast every Friday. I called it Fasting Friday 😂. I’d fast from dinner on Thursday til breakfast on Saturday. It was really just a way to reset my mind as well as my body. More that anything it helped me convince myself that I was truly in charge of this journey. It’s been a long time and I’ve put on a lot of weight since stopping. Well it’s Fasting Friday! Have a great day and safe, fun, family filled holiday. Go out and make a memorable moment!❤️

I, too, fast on Friday from Thursday dinner to Saturday breakfast. I do sip on a 12-ounce Coke during that time. I also fast on Monday and just started Wednesday. It's a relief not deciding what to eat on those days. Congratulations on your reboot of Fasting Friday.
