Hi my FS buddies, It finally stopped raining after a two day down pour so I took the opportunity to go take Thor out for a walk. He is a good match for me and I love that. I also went to the YMCA and did my treadmill walking and swimming with my relaxing in the hot tub as a nice close for my exercise for the day.

I am already starting to get anxious about my appointment on Friday with my dietician mostly because of my hellish month of dealing with a broke down treadmill and nasty weather. I'm just going to say that I don't have high expectations for a big number. I am still looking forward to Spring and with each day that passes it is that much closer to the good weather days.

I do hope my buddies are having a wonderful day.

It was finally warm with the sunshine today.Its ony 28 days 17 hrs. 8 minutes til spring...but who is counting.So glad you got a chance to get out with Thor and enjoy the Y.

You may have a broken treadmill and bad weather, but you make the most of each day. Hopefully that will contribute to good news on Friday. I'm pulling for you, as I'm sure the rest of your buddies are!

You keep so active; a broken treadmill probably won't affect things. But I do wish u well for friday, and every day, for that matter. We had another warmish day here in MN today; upper 30's and now a huge winter storm is going to hit tomorrow; they're already closing schools.

As I so often repeat to myself, its not always about the number. You are doing so amazingly well,a complete 180 degree difference from the woman I first chatted with. Losses are coming, dont be anxious. Im sure Thor is becomming quite fond of you :-)

Any loss is a good loss. You know you're doing everything possible to accomplish your goals. That alone makes for a pat on the back.

Yes, spring is coming. My dog is NOT a good match for me, so most of my walk are without him. As Yolanda said, the number is not the only thing.

I understand dealing with "a broke down tread mill & nasty weather" , right after I joined a challenge to walk 10 miles a week & before I did that I remembered a video I had that would allow me to do that without being outside,it doesn't work :( we do what we can do & learn to accept the rest. :D

Good for you, LadyBea. You have a great attitude. Don't worry about Friday with the dietician. You have honestly done the best that you can, considering the obstacles you have been dealing with. <3

From what I am reading, you are doing a really good job. You're walking with Thor, exercising at the "Y," changing your lifestyle. You're attitude is absolutely wonderful! Don't worry about Friday, you KNOW you are doing a really good job! Hugz :)
