Day 1- Again! I have a lot of day ones. But I will never stop so it’s the best place to start. 2/21/21 269.2 ! I put on over 20 pounds since Christmas week. After maintaining within a 5 pound range for almost a year. For me it’s all about mindset. I have to do it for me. I can’t do it when someone tells me to or my family wants me to lose weight. I really have to be in the right mindset and go hard to keep it in the forefront or my thinking every time I pick up something to eat.
Well let do this!!
