Thank you ladies, @wifey and @lorinh. 😊 It's surprising how much you can stretch raw veggies. I got 3 vegetable trays out of my bunch of veggies.😋

Thank you Erq. 😊 I'm trying to listen to my body and as of late, it's telling me to go with raw fruits and vegetables. I had a scrambled egg this morning and my stomach is telling me, " not a wise choice". 🙃

Erquiaga, as long as your food is nutritious, I think you're good. I think the eggs for me is not the problem, but the avocado oil might be not what I need right now.
