So pleased .... got off 14.8 pounds this month...doing low carb.....Fat secret is my friend! It has changed a lot since I first joined years ago....and my email has changed...so I am not sure how it works anymore.......

219.4 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb. Still to go: 34.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 3.7 lb a week

Congrats on the loss. I think fatsecret works similar...except journals are now very important.

I miss the challenges! And can’t figure out how get and send messages , lots of food pictures,that make me want,FOOD!...... and Thank You!

ha ha. I see what you mean. If you log in with a desktop you can see challenges and send messages but not on the app. And yes one of the changes that came with the app was that fatsecret became a food posting place. I think people like it like that so it is here to stay.
