Just start walking every day. 10 minutes at a time. That’s how I started. I hated walking when I started. If you have 20 minutes you can do that but when I first started, 5 minutes was agonizing. Start out slow. 10 minutes a few times a day when you need a break. 30 minutes a day is good.
