Today was interesting for me on the treadmill and I'll have to make sure to eat something before working out because today I felt so close to just passing out as I was doing my walking and that feeling has happened to me before when I've waited maybe to long to actually eat something. So as soon as I was finished with my 30 minutes I had to get something. It was a good thing I had saved half my chicken breast from last night to have today.

A friend on facebook said that she would take me with her one day to the gym so I can go swimming, sure do hope she is serious as I love to go swimming but rarely ever get to go.

I hope all my buddies had a nice holiday weekend and I look forward to reading how things are going for you. Take care, Belinda

Definitely eat first next time! I always do. No need to go getting hurt :-) Hope you get to go swimming soon, I'm a fan of it also

You do need to eat something before you do your exercises!! Try having a protein shake just before you walk. It will help you get through that exercise and help you to build the muscle you need to start burning fat. I usually have something high in protein before I go to the pool, to make sure I have the energy to make it through my exercise routine. The protein has a dual role there, giving you the energy you need and to help you build muscle!! I really hope you get to go to the pool!!! That is a wonderful way to get your exercise!!! I don't know how well I would do if I couldn't go to the pool!!! I only get to go twice this week, but I really look forward to each time I go!! I slow down on going when the weather gets too snowy. I don't drive much in the snow anymore. I told my hubby I would go through the winter only if he would take me!! lol!! Keep up that great work lady!!!
