Worked from home the last 2 days. It's funny but when I work from home I sit much longer than I do at work. Don't know why. Did have to go into town to meet a co-worker so we could move items to start our school age child care program since the kiddo's can't go to school. It's the program we normally do in the summer when school is out, so now we start in May. Any way that was lifting, carrying and moving. Nice to get exercise a different way than normal.
