So stinking busy these days I am trying to find ways to work in my workout in different places with unusual items, such as PVC plpe. Might not be conventional but it's getting calories burned and that's the goal. I would like to try and get my calorie intake back down to around 1800. I am thinking once school lets out maybe that is something I can work on.

Hi Skwhite... I read an article the other day that talked about all the ways people burn calories without knowing it (I wish I could remember the title, I will have to look and see if I still have it). It talked about calories burned doing housework, gardening, and other things we do throughout the day. I had been feeling bad that I was too tired to go to the gym or walk after cleaning the garage when I read that and felt so much better afterwards knowing that I might not have done conventional exercise, but I did exercise that day. Just thought I'd pass that on! Jenn

Thanks. I think I am feeling guilty and putting pressure on myself. I need to be conscious but not go crazy. =)

I am all kinds of familiar with feeling guilty and putting undue pressure on myself. Maybe we can keep eachother from going crazy...lol. :-)
