Well all of my precautions did not keep me from getting the flu, dang it! I lost 3 pounds overnight but I don't suggest losing it this way. Feeling better as the day goes on. It certainly is a 24 hour thing. My hubby got up with me last night every time I was sick, love him!! I really hope he doesn't get it!! So tomorrow's weigh in is not going to be accurate. Hope everyone else can stay well!!
