I know it is just the start but I am happy I lost .5lb in the last 2 days. I have been keeping tabs on my eating and drinking 6 bottles of water everyday. I will meet my goal weight
261.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 61.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
