I'm happy that I have lost 18 lbs in the past few weeks. But I'm so discouraged that my weight has crept up to a lifetime high for me at 334 lbs. I feel like the more I focus on being healthy the more I crave junk. I started therapy to help control my eating disorder in April, maybe it gets worse before it gets better. I just have to keep trying. I can overcome this!
