Plus another half a slice of cheese, chicken wing, and a lill more chicken breast 🐽 🤰 Been cranky and very tired. Still Not a good excuse to baby myself with food though 😪

Yeah, last time I didn't get enough sleep and had cravings, I fasted for most of the day cuz I knew my body was just being a whiny little baby. I waited until I was good and hungry.

U can make it fit your calorie intake but yes you will retain water from carb n sodium
