Not what I had planned but Really wanted to eat potato salad. I made it as low fat as possible!!

Thanks! It was no where near as delicious as it should have been (the potato salad) but it only had a 1/3 of the fat it would have had if I would have made it “normal” 🤷‍♀️ I got to eat a lill piece of ham and a couple of bites of banana bread since I still had extra calories 😁

Yeah see that’s my problem, I’d rather just not have it if I can’t eat it in all it’s full fat glory! 😂

Oh my! it does not matter if I have no calories left for the day, if my husband asks me for a potato salad, I will have to eat it too 🙉🐷

Peas and potato salad was a good combo! I ended up eating popcorn and went over calorie goal 😢 I could have had better potato salad 😪 oh well could have been even worse lol

You can try subbing the potatoes for cauliflower. Just rice it and use creme fraische. You can keep the egg and mayo and some people even add bacon. It would help keep it keto.
