Today is potluck day at work. The theme this month is Mexican. I have really been working on lessening my portion size and so here is hoping I can continue that through lunch. I am really enjoying not being "full" but satisfied.

It is do-able. I try to plan a little ahead so I know what the values of some common foods might be in this setting. That way I can make informed choices and still enjoy the potluck.

I've tried something that seems to be working. (Bear with me on this...). A good recommendation is one cup of things (depending on what it is of course). I keep a measuring cup with me at work, just the one cup. I don't know how close you are to your coworkers, but when we have something similar, I just bring my cup with me and measure out one cup of whatever. My coworkers love it!

Well it worked out pretty well, a lot of my co-workers are on the Keto diet so that means there is not a lot of sugary things.
